About the role

Swindon Property is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Real Estate Broker / Transaction Manager to join our Occupier Service team. The ideal candidate will facilitate real estate transactions for our corporate clients, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions, investment sales, and disposals. A deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions from inception to completion are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Drive company growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing operational strategies.
  2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their real estate needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify properties, trends, and opportunities, staying informed about industry developments.
  4. Transaction Management: Oversee full transaction processes, coordinating with legal, financial, and other stakeholders.
  5. Property Evaluation: Assess properties and deliver detailed reports and recommendations.
  6. Negotiation: Secure favorable lease terms and contracts, advocating for clients' interests.
  7. Client Representation: Serve as the primary contact during transactions, keeping clients informed.
  8. Relationship Management: Build industry relationships to expand networks and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate real estate brokerage and transaction management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
