Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, service level agreements, and partnership contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant South African legislation, including the Companies Act and POPIA.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, liaising with external legal counsel as needed.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations.
• Support business development initiatives by providing legal input on new ventures and projects.

Requirements
