Placements24 seeks a sharp Corporate Legal Advisor to join its established legal team in Welkom, Free State. You will support corporate governance, risk management, and transactional matters for diverse operations, collaborating with senior management and departments.

The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with solid corporate law experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach to support the company’s growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with a minimum of 6 years of corporate law experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African company law and commercial legislation.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to working within a professional, office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate law matters including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
