The internship provides practical experience in both in-house and law firm settings within Gauteng, developing legal skills and a professional network while supporting a dynamic legal team.

Qualifikationen

• Law student or recent graduate with a focus on corporate law.
• Strong research and analytical abilities demonstrated through coursework or internships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Conduct legal research on corporate law topics and provide concise summaries.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing basic legal documents like NDAs and simple contracts.
• Support attorneys with case management and file organization.
• Attend internal client meetings and observe legal proceedings where appropriate.
• Help prepare documents for corporate filings and registrations.
• Assist with due diligence by gathering and organizing information.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team.
• Learn firm policies and procedures related to legal practice.
