Duties:

• Creating intricate financial models to analyze and forecast company performance
• Crafting comprehensive business plans and investment memorandums for thorough analysis and decision-making
• Producing a variety of reports including in-depth business analyses and valuations
• Providing support to senior team members throughout various transactions to ensure smooth processes and successful outcomes
• Participating in client presentations and interactions to foster engagement and facilitate understanding

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12), Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce Honours, CA(SA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
• Demonstrated history of academic excellence is essential
• Experience: Newly Qualified CA(SA), Completed SAICA articles within a Big 4 audit firm, Proficient in African financial markets, including venture capital, private equity, and unlisted credit
• Skills & Competencies: Financial modeling, Data analysis, Financial reporting, Valuation techniques, Risk management, Investment analysis, Communication skills
