Essence of the job:
The Corporate Finance Business Manager will support the Head: Investments and Corporate Finance in assessing and executing on Corporate Finance transactions, including but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions. This role will play a crucial part in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, project management and execution, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The candidate should have relevant experience across the full deal cycle.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
