Today, we offer hundreds of itineraries across the globe, focusing on responsible travel that supports local communities and preserves the environment while aiming to provide meaningful experiences to all who travel with us.

We are looking to hire a Copywriter to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Brand & Acquisition, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating compelling and persuasive content that captures the essence of our global brand. You’ll craft a diverse range of content, including website copy, social media posts (paid & organic), email campaigns, brochures, and print ads, ensuring that your writing resonates across various international markets.

Your writing will highlight how Exodus offers a different way to holiday, emphasizing the freedom, comfort, and unique experiences we provide.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop engaging, high-quality copy for multiple platforms, including website content, social media, email marketing, brochures, and print advertisements.
  • Maintain and enhance Exodus's brand voice across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and appeal.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices and relevant keywords to improve content visibility across global markets.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Marketing team to implement content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers.
  • Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to inform your writing and ensure our content is globally relevant.
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, style, and tone to uphold high quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to developing creative strategies to continually enhance our content.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, ideally within the travel industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.
  • Extensive experience in email copywriting for CRM departments.
  • Solid understanding of SEO methodologies and keyword integration.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and content strategy.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging, innovative content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
