Job description

We are recruiting for a Coordinator Secretariat: Executive Assistant temporary role. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the calendars of the executive management, minute taking, and all other secretarial and administrative duties.

Key performance areas:

  • Meeting Management and Minute Taking for internal governance committees such as Executive Management Committee and Senior and Executive Management Planning Committee.
  • Managing the planning and coordination of Executive Management Committee and Senior and Executive Management Planning Committee in line with the Annual Governance Calendars.
  • Provision of secretarial services, administration coordination, and logistical services to the Executive Management Committee (EMC) and Senior and Executive Management Planning Committee (SEMPCO).
  • Setting of agendas, minute taking, recording meeting decisions, and circulation of resolutions, actions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years National Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
  • Five (5) years experience in Office Administration Management at a senior level.
  • Experience in meeting management and minute taking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
