A dynamic retail company is seeking an Overhead Creditors Coordinator to supervise creditors clerks and ensure proper financial administration at their Support Centre in Kuils River, Cape Town. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in financial administration, strong interpersonal skills, and an advanced level of Excel. This in-office role requires good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in financial administration, including financial reconciliations.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Experience working across several different business units.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Overhead Creditors Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance Team.

Part of your responsibilities will include supervising overhead creditors clerks, allocate work and ensure proper procedures are followed, and adequate output is maintained. Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.

We're a fully in-office team. This role is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River, Cape Town.

Experience & Skills Required

Essential:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in financial administration, including financial reconciliations

  • Experience working across several different business units
