Purpose Statement

To effectively and efficiently bring together multiple functional, departmental or project elements for the effective running of routines and delivery of initiatives, projects and activities for a defined area of the business.

Education (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge and Experience

Experience

• 2-3 years experience providing efficient and effective support, coordination, and administration in a fast-moving environment.
• Planning, organizing, and multi-tasking to deliver and achieve results.
• Stakeholder liaison and management.
• Using initiative, judgment, and foresight to enable multiple projects.

Knowledge

• Coordination and administration practices and tools such as systems, planning, organizing, scheduling, stakeholder management in a business, financial environment.
• Compiling and generating reports and metrics.
• General principles of business and management.
• Internal and external communication methods and practices.
• Stakeholder and relationship building and management.

Skills

• Attention to Detail

• Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills
