Responsibilities include meal preparation, food service, hygiene compliance, stock control, and assisting the Chef. Relevant culinary qualification is advantageous; Grade 12 is required. Flexibility for shifts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and portion standards.
• Assist with food preparation, ingredient prep and meal service.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served on time.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Assist with stock control, rotation and minimizing waste.
• Support the Chef and kitchen team in daily operations.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Ensure all food products are stored safely.
