Job Description

As COO / CCO, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, ensuring seamless execution across the commercial funnel. You’ll take full ownership of brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, collaborating closely with product, risk, and technology teams to align market strategies with business objectives.

Your daily adventures include
  • Leading the development and execution of integrated go-to-market strategies across funding and banking products.
  • Driving full-funnel performance across marketing, sales, and customer experience.
  • Defining and implementing monetisation strategies, including pricing, bundling, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Partnering with product and risk teams to align capabilities with commercial objectives.
  • Building a data-driven, test-and-learn culture to refine acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Growing and mentoring a high-performing commercial team, fostering accountability and delivery against business goals.
What it takes to succeed
  • 5–7+ years of commercial or growth leadership experience, ideally in fintech, SME financial services, or B2B environments.
  • Proven success in scaling marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Strong background in brand positioning, B2B campaigns, and funnel optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of business banking and revenue growth strategies.
  • Experience working in regulated environments or with SME customer segments.
