Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer with 5 years PQE to join a well-established legal firm. This full-time role offers a salary up to £50,000 along with benefits.

Role Overview

As a Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will manage residential conveyancing cases, with potential to expand into commercial conveyancing. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling re-mortgages and managing transfer of equity
2. Facilitating right to buy transactions and conducting sales and purchases
3. Overseeing transactions involving leaseholds
4. Managing lease extensions and overseeing deed variations
5. Handling shared ownership matters and dealing with new build properties

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancer, or similar role
• At least 5 years PQE in conveyancing
• Experience handling their own caseload independently across the full range of conveyancing transactions
