Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. The candidate must be able to work independently and deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication, and liaising with relevant parties.
  2. Specific experience in Standard Bank Limited and Nedbank Limited Mortgage Bonds and associated software platforms is a recommendation, as well as experience in commercial mortgage bonds advantageous.
Qualifications
  1. Grade 12
  2. National Diploma or relevant qualification
Criteria
  1. Minimum 6-10 Years' experience working in a conveyancing environment
  2. Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with Standard Bank and Nedbank Bank
  3. Computer literate (MS Office Suite), including Excel
  4. Ability to work independently and to use initiative
  5. Meticulous and ability to pay attention to detail
  6. Ability to prioritize duties and handle pressure while keeping calm
  7. Dealing with several matters at once
  8. In-depth knowledge of the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions is essential
