Conveyancing Attorney – Cape Town

We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented, and driven Conveyancer to join our Cape Town branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and consistently delivers high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend client appointments to sign conveyancing documents
    • Ensure all FICA documentation is accurate and compliant with the FICA Act and relevant bank SLA requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Transfer Secretaries
    • Review files and discuss any potential issues before meeting with clients
  • Ensure all scheduled client appointments are attended punctually
  • Address and resolve client complaints and queries promptly and professionally
  • Provide regular updates to Directors regarding resolved issues
  • Actively generate leads and gradually build a personal client base
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective client handling skills
  • Develop a deep understanding of both internal workflows and external regulatory processes
