Job description

Conveyancing Assistant required in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
  • Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent conveyancing experience at a law firm is a must
  • Computer literate with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Stable employment record and contactable References a must
  • Residing in/near Dullstroom (within daily commuting distance)
  • To start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General conveyancing secretarial and administrative duties for small law office
  • Liaising with clients on all aspects of transfers, FICA requirements, clearance applications, etc.

Salary: ± R12 000 – R15 000 gross (Depending on experience – Junior to Medium Level).
