Position Description

An established and highly regarded law firm in Tameside is seeking a Conveyancer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take on a busy and complex caseload within a supportive, non-volume environment.

The Role

• Manage an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Handle complex transactions with a focus on quality over volume.
• Work closely with secretarial support, allowing you to focus on technical legal work and client service.
• Provide a high standard of client care, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Requirements

• Ideally c. 2-4+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to handle a varied caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
