CMTrading, an award-winning, FSCA regulated, and one of the oldest brokerages, is looking to hire talented Account Managers to join its growing team in Johannesburg. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by identifying and acquiring new customers for the company's products or services.
You will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Your role will involve:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Sales Presentations
- Sales Negotiation and Closing
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Collaboration and Reporting
REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding Sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive spirit.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, financial market trends, and customer needs related to the company's products/services.
