Core Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop the library in line with the strategic plan of the division
2. Plan and implement library programs according to community needs
3. Coordinate public library and information services
4. Handle administrative and financial functions to ensure cost-effective and efficient service
5. Supervise library staff
6. Manage library facilities, equipment, and assets to ensure proper maintenance
7. Engage with communities and stakeholders to identify needs
8. Ensure the delivery of quality services to the community
9. Evaluate services and make adjustments as necessary
10. Provide electronic services and training to community members
