Qualifications

• Degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years in commercial, legal, trading or operational environment.
• Experience in contract management, commercial operations or project delivery.
• Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contract Operations & Commercial Delivery: support and coordinate amendments, ensure alignment between contractual obligations and operational delivery, assist in managing generator and customer contracts, apply legal and commercial judgement, maintain contract documentation.
• Contract Process Improvement & Automation: own improvements in contract workflows, identify automation opportunities, standardise templates and documentation, enhance scalability and accuracy of contract operations, drive systems improvements.
• Measures of success: deliver high-quality contract outputs, improve turnaround times, enable coordination across contracts and projects.
