In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee and manage the full contract lifecycle on complex solar EPC Projects, from tender to close-out. You’ll safeguard the business through Sharp legal Insight, Meticulous Risk Management and seamless stakeholder coordination. • Proven experience managing FIDIC, JBCC, and NEC contracts in a Solar EPC environment
• Strong legal or Business Management Background with solid tender and documentation expertise
• Deep understanding of project lifecycles and ability to align contracts with execution phases
• Skilled in Risk Identification, Mitigation and Legal Compliance across multi-stakeholder projects
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to brief, draft and submit professional tender documents
• Strong communicator who can translate complex contracts into actionable project terms for teams
• Professional, composed, and collaborative with experience navigating conflict constructively
