What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage complex civil concrete construction projects from start to finish
• Execute strategic contract management across FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke contracts
• Implement sustainable practices and innovative concrete technologies
• Ensure quality control and ISO compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Plan resources efficiently for pouring, casting, and finishing operations
• Oversee financial planning, cash flow, and cost control
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Mentor site teams and promote a culture of excellence and accountability

What You Bring:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years' experience managing large-scale construction contracts, especially in concrete
• Strong understanding of mix designs, reinforcement, formwork, and curing techniques
• Experience with contract strategy and management
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Valid Code EB driver's license
• Willingness to travel or relocate for extended project durations
• Registration with SACPCMP (advantageous)
