A well-established construction group is looking for a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Agent to take charge of high-profile civil concrete projects in Cape Town and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing:

· Lead and manage complex civil concrete construction projects from start to finish

· Execute strategic contract management across FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke contracts

· Implement sustainable practices and innovative concrete technologies

· Ensure quality control and ISO compliance throughout the project lifecycle

· Plan resources efficiently for pouring, casting, and finishing operations

· Oversee financial planning, cash flow, and cost control

· Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers

· Mentor site teams and promote a culture of excellence and accountability

What You Bring:

· Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

· 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale construction contracts, especially in concrete

· Strong understanding of mix designs, reinforcement, formwork, and curing techniques

· Experience with contract strategy and management

· Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

· Willingness to travel or relocate for extended project durations

· Registration with SACPCMP (advantageous)
