Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, Law, or related discipline (NQF 7)
• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of public sector frameworks including PFMA, BBBEE, PPPFA
• In-depth understanding of the General Conditions of Contract as prescribed by the National Treasury
• Strong legal and financial background in commercial contracts
• Experience in vendor performance management and contract dispute resolution
