Hire Resolves client is looking for a Projects/Contracts Manager to join their team in Cape Town. They operate within the construction industry and mainly serve various governmental sectors.

Requirements:

1. BSc (Hons) needed.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years postgraduate experience as a Project/Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
3. Relevant tertiary education such as BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or similar.
4. Affiliation with bodies like ECSA, SACQSP, or similar (not compulsory but advantageous).
5. Active SACPCMP registration or registered as a candidate with SACPCMP.
6. Successfully managed at least 3-4 projects as a Project/Contracts Manager.
7. Sound knowledge of contract types such as JBCC, NEC, and GCC.
8. Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
