LRHR (Pty) Ltd t/a Lotus HR and Recruitment is assisting a client in Cape Town to find a Senior Contract Manager for large Civil/MEP projects. The role requires SACPCMP registration and a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, with 10+ years of national site management experience.

You will lead programme planning, contract administration and budget control, while ensuring SHEQ compliance and high-quality reporting in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with SACPCMP registration.
• 10+ years experience managing construction sites on a national basis.
• Experience in programme planning, contract administration, cost budgeting and SHEQ.

Our client, a national multi-discipline construction industry, specialising in medium to large building and civils projects, seeks to employ a qualified and experienced Contract Manager, with the focus being on Civils to join their operation in Cape Town.Please note this is a senior role, with the focus being on large Civil/MEP projects, with complete SACPCMP registration.

• You will have completed a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, SACPCMP registration, coupled with 10+ years experience in fully managing construction sites, on a national basis.
• You will have proven experience in programme planning and management, as well as legal and contract administration. cost and budget management, SHEQ Management to include all quality and policy reporting and labour/legislation management on site
• Certification in CCS is essential and an assessment will be conducted.
• You will be flexible to travel if needed, have exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively communicate at all levels, lead by example and deliver results in a high pressure environment, meeting international standards.
