Job summary

MH Solutions in Wes-Kaap, South Africa, seeks a Project Manager to drive engineering projects from contract to completion. You will define objectives, develop and monitor programmes, and report progress to clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a BEng or BSc, at least three years in engineering/design, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and MS Projects, and willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BEng or BSc Degree.
• Project Management background will be advantageous.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years in an Engineering and Design environment and/or a minimum of three (3) years of engineering project experience.
• Be prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Liaise, as required, with customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.
• Monitor actual costs against budget costs and identify focus areas.
• Prepare compensation events in relation to impacts from the customer or others.
• Evaluate and report on contract performance monthly.
• Ensure that contract documents are accurate, well maintained and correctly stored.
• Generate customer reports and invoicing.

Reporting to the Manager of the Contracts Department, a vacancy exists for an individual who has initiative and drive and is able to work under pressure. The candidate is required to work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and ISO quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
