CONTRACTS ASSISTANT – Planned Preventative Maintenance


The Role


The successful applicant will look into all the contracts our properties have and analyse them to ensure our customers are getting the best service and price. You will also look at the reporting and H&S provided by the contractors and ensure its up to scratch and use bulk buying or geographical locations to ensure we provide the best response times and value. You will work with your manager to work through which contracts are the highest priority.

Duties
• Evaluate all current contracts and suppliers.
• Undertake competitive tenders each year for contract renewals.
• Develop new processes and reporting to the clients.
• Quote for and win business to advance the department
• Put forward any opportunities that could be available for the maintenance department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and analyse the property portfolio and engage in business development to maximise revenue within the commercial field in which you operate.
• Bookings for PPM contractual works for guttering engineer

Salary, Benefits & Hours of Work
• 12,500 ZAR per month
• 15 days holidays (plus bank holidays).
• Standard hours – 0800-1700 UK Time, Monday-Friday
