Job Overview
The purpose of the position is to provide customer service and act as a liaison between the company and its clients by conducting quality site visits, orienting new customers, retaining clients, carrying out departmental administration, and resolving general client queries. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction, efficient operation of ATMs, and the maintenance and growth of existing company revenue.
There is a strong sales component to this position. All new Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) will have a monthly sales target and are expected to meet and exceed this regularly.
