Job Overview

The purpose of the position is to provide customer service and act as a liaison between the company and its clients by conducting quality site visits, orienting new customers, retaining clients, carrying out departmental administration, and resolving general client queries. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction, efficient operation of ATMs, and the maintenance and growth of existing company revenue.

There is a strong sales component to this position. All new Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) will have a monthly sales target and are expected to meet and exceed this regularly.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Network Optimization

• Maintain live base on the network
• Conduct in-depth investigations and find suitable solutions for non-transacting sites
• Focus on all transaction drop sites
• Undertake corrective measures to resolve poorly performing merchants

• Deal with clients during ownership changes and ensure new details and documents are collected and submitted
• Obtain client sign-off on contracts as per their requests, especially when auto-renewal is not applicable
• Track ATM upliftments and identify replacement sites
• Initiate and handle change requests from clients

• Conduct client site visits
• Ensure all ATM-related aspects are in order

• Educate new clients
• Orient merchants at new sites

• Responsible for new sales and achieving targets

• Compile and submit reports
• Monitor allocated clients
• Encourage merchants to load their ATMs and improve uptime
• Review incidents and report progress
• Ensure client details are accurate in the system
• Investigate rejected monthly client payments

• Receive and handle client queries
• Escalate customer service complaints beyond your control

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric
• Related diploma or qualification (advantageous)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 1-2 years' face-to-face client interaction experience
• Previous experience as a Sales Consultant (advantageous)
