Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse and Midwife.

• Valid drivers license and own transport is essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate orientation, induction, and training of temp nursing staff.
• Ensure clinical competence and readiness of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with Nurse and Unit Managers to assess training needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor staff conduct, manage incidents, and support performance management processes.
• Maintain up-to-date staff training records and assist with database administration.
• Attend clinical meetings and stay informed on industry trends and compliance.
• Support staff through mentorship and professional development.
• Apply understanding of labour legislation, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
