Iron Mountain is hiring a remote-based high volume Recruiter who is passionate about placing the right candidate in the right role at the right time. This role gives you an opportunity to help build and foster a customer obsessed culture through the hiring of specialized frontline, field associates across North America. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 2-3 months.
The Recruiter we seek should have a strong acumen in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnerships and candidate generation. You will embrace a collaborative team environment in a high performance culture that brings customer delight for all internal and external users.
The ideal candidate must be able to manage a high volume workload and deliver on internal customer capacity needs in a KPI driven environment. They enjoy working at a fast pace, can think creatively, motivate their peers, and have a contagious work ethic.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently manage high volume candidate pipelines
Demonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing and identifying the right talent for all job profiles
Foster a collaborative and consultative relationship with internal and external customers
Lead recruiting initiatives to deliver just in time results on behalf of our internal customers
Think creatively, bring ideas and strategies that will drive continuous improvement in a fast paced customer obsessed culture
Ability to nurture and engage candidates through the recruitment life cycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume retail, logistics, operations or agency environment
Experience leading internal customer relationships in multiple geographic regions for varying job profiles
ATS experience (Workday preferred)
Prior experience within frontline non exempt hiring highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reasonably expected salary range: $66,700.00 - $83,400.00
