A government agency in South Africa is seeking a Contract Operations Administrator to coordinate branch activities, manage financial administration, and provide administrative support. Candidates should hold a Matric and a Certificate in Office Administration, with 2-3 years' relevant experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. This role is located in Gauteng and offers a 12-month contract.

REPORTING TO: Branch Manager
JOB GRADE: B4 Minimum Midpoint
LOCATION: Gauteng – Tshwane Branch
NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To coordinate the administrative activities at Branch level in consultation with the provincial office in terms of financial function as well as management of information and reporting systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of administrative duties and responsibilities.
