Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing contract creation, negotiation, execution, and maintenance between parties.
2. Managing the efficient, competitive, and commercially viable operation of the company's distribution depots.
3. Handling all administration related to storage, dispatch, and transportation of goods from receipt at factories to final delivery.
4. Ensuring goods are delivered in the correct quantity, quality, time, and condition, as per sales orders.
5. Optimizing costs to ensure the best return for the company while meeting customer service needs.
