Job Description:
The Contract Manager is responsible and fully accountable for efficient and profitable operational service delivery in line with client Service Level Agreements and Pricing Schedules.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Up to 2 years supervisory experience in production/packaging industries
- Food Production, Manufacturing and/or Packaging industry experience essential
- FMCG experience advantageous
- IR/CCMA experience advantageous
- People and Performance Management
Qualification:
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 related Qualification
- NQF 5 Generic Management or Business Management Qualification
- Related industry degree/ND advantageous, e.g., CI/Supply Chain/FMCG/Logistics

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand client site-specific needs and compile comprehensive job specs for the Recruitment Centre.
- Establish relationships with Recruitment centre and liaise regarding cleaner requirements.
- Provide feedback on candidates supplied.
- Maintain a pool of potential cleaners to ensure sufficient site replacement capacity.
- Brief cleaners on transport, address, times, and operational policies.
- Issue protective equipment and ensure PPE compliance.
- Manage all cleaners daily according to legislation and policies.
- Investigate and document incidents, including injuries and disciplinary issues.
- Manage performance, attendance, and conduct regular training and site inspections.
- Coordinate stock deliveries, PPE, and uniforms.
- Maintain health and safety records, attend to incidents, and ensure medical attention when needed.
- Manage payroll data, distribute payslips, resolve queries, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain employee files and documentation for terminations.
- Ensure client invoice processes are followed and expenditure is within budget.
- Analyze site statistics, build client relationships, and ensure service delivery as per agreements.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage direct reports.
- Adhere to HR policies, submit HR documents timely, and manage performance.
