Qualifications

• Proven experience as Industrial Welder with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Possession of welding certifications (e.g., Red Seal Welder).
• Strong understanding of metal properties and welding metallurgy.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components per blueprints and specs.
• Repair existing metal structures and equipment through welding.
• Inspect welds for quality and adherence to standards.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet timelines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
