We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised professional to manage contract management and CRM system integration across departments. The Contract & CRM Operations Manager will oversee contract lifecycles using a CRM system (Zoho), optimise workflows, manage standard contract templates, and guide internal stakeholders. If you thrive on structure, love cross-functional collaboration, and can enhance system efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance—this role is your next big move.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of our CRM system (Zoho).
  • Manage the full contract lifecycletracking and maintaining contracts across departments.
  • Maintain and improve standard contract templates to align with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Monitor critical milestones: contract expirations, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
  • Oversee CRM workflows, automations, and reporting to enhance visibility and performance tracking.
  • Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and contract compliance protocols.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or procurement.
  • Prior experience implementing or maintaining a CRM system (Zoho or similar CRM system).
  • Familiarity with contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong understanding of contractual principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven success in CRM system deployment and user adoption strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management.
  • Analytical thinker with a talent for identifying workflow inefficiencies and risk areas.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional communication, and internal training.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :
  • Located in Cape Town, South Africa
  • Hybrid working arrangement: at least 2x a week in the office
