Job description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Contract Administrator / Paralegal to support our recruitment operations by managing and reviewing client contracts. This role is ideal for someone with a background in legal support or contract administration who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in contract processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit client service agreements, terms of business, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all client contracts are legally sound and aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle: tracking versions, approvals, renewals, and expiry dates.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely contract delivery and execution.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client agreements to identify inconsistencies, risks, or areas needing updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of signed agreements and related correspondence.
  • Assist with resolving client contract queries and provide contract summaries when needed.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a contract administration or paralegal role.
  • Solid understanding of contract language and legal principles.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract/document management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

  • Experience working with clients or contracts in the EU/UK markets.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment or professional services industry.
