Are you passionate about precision, compliance, and strategic partnerships? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to support our mission-critical operations in the space industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complex contracts across international borders, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, and enabling seamless collaboration between technical, legal, and commercial teams.

As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, you will contribute to groundbreaking projects, from satellite systems to launch services, while navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of the aerospace sector.

Job Purpose:

Support the Contract Management team with onboarding new contracts, managing key documentation, and coordinating communication

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate onboarding new contracts across platforms such as Teamcenter, Wrike, Acumatica, HubSpot, and FileCloud.
  • Create and populate Product Configuration Documents (PCDs).
  • Prepare the Kick-Off Review (KOR) presentations.
  • Compile and update bi-weekly status and share with customers.
  • Prepare Export License application documentation
  • Maintain and update Dashboards.
  • Create and populate the Contract Change Requests
  • Update the customers' folders with the latest documentation
  • Accurately record and prepare minutes during meetings.

What You Will Bring

Qualification:

A relevant diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Required Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and specifications related to space projects

Advantageous:

A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
