Job Description

As an Industrial Psychology Intern at MACConsulting, you will have the opportunity to complete your internshiprequirements while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You will work closelywith a senior industrial psychologist as you contribute to a variety of projectsand initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employeeengagement, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing the relevant IndustrialPsychology internship requirements including:


• Assist in conducting assessments and psychological evaluations.


• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development strategies.


• Participate in employee training and development programs.


• Support the design and analysis of surveys and research projects.


• Collaborate with team members on various HR and psychology-related projects.

Requirements

• Successfully completed an M1(Masters’ coursework) by December 2026.


• Registered as a student psychologist with the HPCSA.


• Available to work in a hybrid model from January 2027 – January 2028.


• Display a strong passion for psychology, human resources, and organizational development.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• An analytical mindset and attention to detail.


• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
