Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a highly experienced Continuous Improvement Officer to lead and develop a team in Cape Town for a leading retail client.

The ideal candidate holds a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt and has 3–5 years in distribution/logistics, with hands-on exposure to 5S, standard work, Kaizen, and visual management in a live setting.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate is required.
• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Industrial Engineering Technology/Operations Management.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• 3–5 years in a Distribution Centre, warehouse, or logistics operations environment.
• Exposure to Lean tools in a live operational setting.
• Experience coaching supervisors in an improvement context.
