Job summary

Charm Recruitment Agency is seeking a Content and Social Media Specialist to own content planning, creation, publishing and engagement across marketing channels. This hands-on role blends creative thinking with strategic planning to drive audience attention on today's digital platforms.

You will convert podcasts and existing assets into engaging social-first content, manage daily publishing, monitor performance and collaborate with designers, editors and producers to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in social media management, content strategy, digital marketing or a related area.
• Experience creating and implementing social media strategies and maintaining content calendars.
• Ability to manage the full social media process from planning to reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X(Twitter) and YouTube.
• Excellent writing skills with cultural relevance.
• Experience using Hootsuite or similar tools.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and high-volume content pipeline.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into practical content plans and calendars.
• Manage daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and X.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and producers to deliver on-brand content.
• Monitor engagement and performance, report insights and optimize.
• Stay current with platform updates and best practices.
• Develop trend-led content aligned to brand voice and objectives.
