We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Content Publisher to manage the rollout of content across all our digital and select offline channels. You\'ll keep publishing calendars up to date, manage go-live timelines, ensure quality and consistency across platforms, and help optimise content performance. This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and tech—ensuring the right message reaches the right customer, on the right channel, at the right time.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage campaign + BAU content calendars for designated squad (VM, MaaS, Product/Brand).
• Publish content across web, app, email, and select offline channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality control. Align messaging and go-live timing across touchpoints to support fully integrated campaigns.
• Work with Creative Ops Manager to streamline workflows to reduce manual effort to maintain publishing velocity.
• Support automation and personalisation by structuring content for dynamic delivery.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date content libraries that support automation, reusability, and governance.
• Ensure published content supports commercial focuses and strategic messaging priorities.
• Report on content performance, flagging issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Prepare and schedule content for peak periods and key trading moments to ensure content is go-live ready.
• Advise creative and management teams on publishing feasibility, lead times, and asset requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, keeping teams informed on content delivery status, blockers, and campaign readiness.

What you have

• 2+ years in content publishing, digital production, or e-commerce.
• Solid CMS experience and understanding of digital workflows and go-live planning.
• High attention to detail with strong quality control across channels.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns (online, in-store, OOH).
• Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS, tagging, UGC, or personalisation experience.
