MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To ensure the management and overseeing the Pre Production, Production, and Post Production. Responsible for resource management and traffic control and liaise with all relevant stakeholders and ensure a seamless production line. Responsible for creating and producing compelling content that engages and retains our audience. Expected to have a deep understanding of our audience, brand and programming strategy and create content that fits our organisation’s goals and targets.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, film production or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive work experience in producing content for TV or other media outlets.
- Understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory content standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading across multiple formats (web, social, email, print)
- Familiarity with financial terminology and ability to translate complex products into clear, engaging language
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress)
- Ability to produce content tailored to the needs, preferences, and pain points of different banking customer segments
- Cross functional collaboration and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Strong creative skills and ability to continuously source or generate ideas that are relevant to the brief given
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Treating Customers Fairly and Compliance
- Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing branding advice and assistance.
- Create understanding of the ‘real’ versus ‘perceived’ need through experience and expertise while complying with company policies, legislation and regulations.
- Build a positive image by exceeding client expectations at all times

Production Oversight
- Develop and execute content ideas and concepts for live and pre-recorded programming
- Decide on the most appropriate method of executing content by making use of telephone interviews, listener calls, studio guests, social media and other electronic platforms.
- Direct and assist the presenter to execute content in a creative and innovative manner.
- Ensure that all features in the production maintain their identity when executed.
- Submit the running order/show preparation for the head programming’s approval on a daily basis before the next show.
- Arrange and manage special broadcasting events (Bank’s Townhalls/ special activations/ recordings) including taking photos, content, interviews.
- Attend debriefing meetings with presenters and programming.
- Conduct research on current events, trends and other topics relevant to our target audience and develop content that is insightful, relevant and entertaining.
- Work closely with on-air talent to produce compelling and engaging segments that help increase audience engagement
Post Production
- Collaborate with Video Editors and produce content, including pre-recorded segments, interviews and promos, using Adobe Suite, Pro Tools, or similar production software.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop content that supports events, promotions and sponsorships.
Traffic Control
- Traffic Control – To align all briefs to traffic and manage the process according to highest and lowest priority.
- Creating Pre and Post Productions Schedules for each brief.
Quality Control
- Final Checks, audio, visuals, CI, before sent out to relevant department.
- General Oversee of the studio facilities, equipment, assets, and general maintenance overall in collaboration with the Creative Manager
