About the Role:

You'll oversee the entire digital content marketing production process of your assigned clients/pod, from project initiation to execution and delivery. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams (content, development, design) to ensure successful project execution.

Your Impact:

  • Write and edit exceptional content with a strong focus on persuasive, high-converting website copy
  • Coordinate with writers to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
  • Audit web and landing pages for structure, appeal, and alignment with target audiences.
  • Analyze content performance and recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Provide concise reports with key trends, results, and strategic insights


Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Fluent/Native in written and spoken English
  • 4+ years of experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role
  • Work experience in a digital marketing (advertising) agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Commerce, Journalism, English or related field
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills—able to produce clear, persuasive, and conversion-oriented copy
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage a team of writers and deliver high-quality content at scale
  • Proficiency in project management tools


Work Timings:

  • Able to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)
