AI is never used as a substitute for good judgment, creativity, and is never responsible for a final output without revision or review.
Role Description
We're looking for a Copywriter to own the words that sell Productside. You'll turn our expertise in product management into clear, persuasive copy for our website, newsletter, LinkedIn, emails, campaigns, and sales collateral, and you'll help shape the value narrative that explains why product leaders choose us. This role sits on the marketing team and works closely with sales, product, and our training and advisory experts. Productside is a US-based company and this role requires availability during Eastern time zone business hours.
What You'll Do
- Write and refresh website copy, including landing pages, course and service pages, and conversion-focused calls to action
- Develop and evolve Productside's value narrative and core messaging, translating complex product management concepts into language that resonates with product leaders and buyers
- Write an engaging newsletter that people open, read, and click, from subject lines through body copy
- Write LinkedIn posts for the company page and executive voices, with an eye on engagement and audience growth
- Write email campaigns, nurture sequences, and promotional copy for courses, certifications, webinars, and events
- Create net-new sales and marketing collateral (one-pagers, case studies, brochures, decks) and update existing pieces as offerings change
- Write blog posts, webinar descriptions, and content reports that showcase our thought leadership
- Interview subject matter experts and turn their ideas into polished, on-brand copy
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and help build out messaging guidelines
- Use AI writing tools to speed up research and drafting, while bringing the editorial judgment and originality that make copy stand out
- Deliver on tight deadlines, managing multiple projects at once and keeping work on track in Asana
What Success Looks Like
- A sharpened value narrative and messaging framework that sales and marketing use consistently
- Website pages that convert better, with measurable gains in conversion rates on priority pages
- Newsletter open and click-through rates that rise quarter over quarter
- Growing LinkedIn engagement and follower growth on the posts you write
- A current, complete collateral library that sales actually uses, with new pieces shipped as needs arise
Who you are
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, professional services, or education/e-learning
- A portfolio that shows range: website copy, email or newsletter copy, social posts, and sales collateral
- Evidence of LinkedIn copy that drove high engagement and growth in engagement
- A sharp writer and self-editor who can move between persuasive, conversational, and educational tones
- Skilled at distilling complex ideas into simple, compelling messages and value propositions
- Comfortable with feedback and fast iteration, and reliable on tight deadlines
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar CMS and email platforms, and comfortable working in Asana
- Curious about AI writing tools and how to use them well without losing quality or voice
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Nice to have: experience in product management, B2B training, or e-learning; agency experience; familiarity with SEO and conversion copywriting best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media strategy, and performance analysis
What’s in it for you
- Ownership of Productside's voice across every channel, with real influence on how the brand shows up
- Direct access to recognized product management experts and their ideas
- Visible impact: your words drive pipeline, enrollments, and audience growth
- A fully remote, international team that experiments openly with AI tools
- Flexibility and autonomy, with a team that values quality and speed
