Sherbet, a vibrant and rapidly growing through-the-line agency based in Bedfordview, is seeking an exceptional Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

We're looking for someone who can expertly navigate the complexities of marketing campaigns, content development, and content creation, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

As our Production Manager, you'll be the link connecting our creative, technical, and client service teams.

Your core responsibilities will include : Project Leadership : Overseeing the entire lifecycle of diverse digital projects, including comprehensive marketing campaigns, website builds, mobile apps, and rich content creation.

Process Optimisation : Developing, implementing, and continually refining efficient production workflows and methodologies to maximise output, quality, and profitability.

Team Empowerment : Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented multidisciplinary team of digital producers, designers, developers, and content specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Strategic Planning : Collaborating closely with Account Directors, Creative Leads, and Technical Teams to accurately define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Risk Management : Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks, challenges, or risks, and swiftly implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance : Ensuring all project deliverables not only meet but exceed Sherbet's high quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

Resource & Budget Management : Meticulously managing project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget.

Reporting & Communication : Providing clear, concise, and regular updates on project status, performance, and key metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Industry Insight : Staying ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and production best practices to continuously enhance our agency's capabilities.

What we are looking for : Experience : A proven track record as a Production Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role within a fast-paced advertising / marketing agency environment.

Digital Expertise : Experience managing a variety of digital projects, including large-scale web development, integrated digital campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and social media initiatives.

Leadership & Management : Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrable ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Organisational Prowess : Superior organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Problem-Solver : A pragmatic and innovative problem-solver who can navigate complex challenges with a calm and strategic approach.

Tech Savvy : Proficient with leading project management ) and various digital tools and technologies.

Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.

Qualifications : A relevant tertiary qualification in Production, Project Management, Advertising, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is highly advantageous.
