A leading financial regulatory authority in Pretoria seeks an experienced content developer to create impactful financial education materials. This role involves strategy development, content management, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in relevant fields and extensive experience in content creation, particularly in financial education. Strong writing and communication skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to consumer education programs.
To develop, curate and manage high-quality, accessible and impactful financial education content tailored to diverse consumer audiences.
The development includes the research, conceptualisation, development, customisation and maintenance of content across multiple distribution platforms including digital, print and other media.
This includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the content's implementation.
The person appointed to this position will report to the Departmental Head.
The candidate must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel nationally.

A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Journalism, Education or equivalent with at least 5 years' experience in content development, preferably in financial education or consumer advocacy.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
Knowledge of and experience in working with print and electronic media content, including content for social media.
The candidate must be able to interact effectively with senior staff/industry partners and stakeholders.
Experience in instructional design and in developing web content and modifying content for different target audiences and cultural sensitivities is a prerequisite.
Furthermore, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies, take initiative and work effectively under pressure whilst upholding an emphasis on quality.
