Job Description:

• Creating and formatting automated documents using an intuitive MS Word-style interface
• Understanding the environment and business context in which each document will operate
• Designing logic-driven templates using proprietary tools (think "if/then" conditions, fill-points, and user dialogs)
• Testing, troubleshooting, and refining documents for seamless performance
• Producing handover documentation and supporting client queries with effective solutions

Skills & Experience:

• A keen eye for detail and strong logical thinking
• Experience or interest in working with structured content and document design
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• The ability to work independently and collaborate well across time zones
• A proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous learning
