Are you a content designer with UX writing skills? Do you have a strong understanding of UX writing principles and practices?
As a Content Designer / UX Writer at EPAM, you will create engaging cross-channel content experiences for digital solutions that connect users' needs with businesses' goals.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, designers, and engineers, you will ensure that content design and UX writing are integrated into the product development process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with EPAM's clients to translate business goals and user needs into viable content design strategies for new and redefined digital experiences. This includes identifying pain points and articulating opportunities for improving the content journey.
- Partner with product team members to define personas, map content to user journeys, model content, identify content gaps, and create appropriate UX copy at all stages of the user journey.
- Contribute to information architecture, sitemaps, navigation, and content organization.
- Write user-friendly content across multiple platforms and touchpoints that align with the clients' brand, values, and tone, and meet business goals and industry best practices.
- Create copy guidelines that support the broader content strategy and user experience goals.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional project team to create narratives and copy for journey maps, landing pages, products, applications, and more across web and mobile.
- Support and participate in stakeholder workshops and user research.
- Provide editorial feedback to the project team and other writers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional content strategy/design experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment.
- Experience in user-focused digital product writing with a portfolio of English UX-focused writing samples.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experienced in information architecture, taxonomy, content models, and content migration.
- Solid experience with Figma.
- Well-versed with quantitative and qualitative data to guide editorial choices.
- Comfortable defining editorial processes and workflows.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or UX could be an advantage.
