Job Overview

We’re on the hunt for a talentedContent Designerto join our growing creative team. As a key player in shaping digital narratives,hewill be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality visual content across various platforms, including web, social, email, and paid media.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and visual craftsman—able to interpret brand messaging, marketing goals, and user experience insights to create content that resonates and converts. He'll work closely with copywriters, strategists, and media teams to bring ideas to life with clarity, consistency, and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communication Design, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a content design, digital design, or similar role (agency experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with content strategy, UX principles, and data-informed design

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience with digital content production for social media, websites, email, and paid media

  • Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and brand alignment

  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual content

  • Comfortable managing multiple design tasks under tight deadlines

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with writers, strategists, and marketers

  • Understanding of performance-driven design and the ability to work with performance data

  • Bonus: experience with motion graphics, Figma, or UI design tools

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce digital content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

  • Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters to conceptualize creative approaches

  • Translate briefs and ideas into static and animated visuals for digital use

  • Deliver content optimized for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, web, etc.)

  • Maintain design consistency across multiple campaigns and touchpoints

  • Ensure all content is optimized for both performance and user experience

  • Contribute to brainstorms, concept development, and creative planning sessions

  • Support ongoing content testing and performance analysis with the marketing team
